The National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) has launched a review of the second group of its key laboratories to accelerate key laboratory construction and meet China's strategic needs in innovative development and regulatory science of drugs, medical devices and cosmetics.

A list of the second batch of key laboratories was officially identified and issued by the NMPA on Feb 7 after the review.
