To strengthen the supervision and guidance over the registration of medical device products and further improve the quality of registration review, the NMPA has organized to formulate the Guidance for Evaluation of the Safety and Efficacy of Medical Devices Using Nano Materials-Part 1: System Framework, which was issued on August 26, 2021.
