To standardize the application and review, operation and management, assessment and evaluation of key laboratories of NMPA, and to improve the capacity and level of drug regulatory technology development, NMPA has organized the formulation of and released on January 6, 2020 the Administrative Measures for Key Laboratories of NMPA. Medical products administrations of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and all relevant units shall strictly implement these Measures.
