To undertake the personnel affairs of cadres, institutional staffing, salary and education in head office and affiliated institutions, formulate the system of personnel management and personnel supervision and organize the implementation; to make an overall management of institutional staffing in head office and affiliated institutions and make an overall management of salary, allowance and subsidy, merit pay of affiliated institutions, etc.; to guide the building of relevant talent teams, make an overall management of personnel training and strengthen the building of talent teams; to undertake the qualification management of licensed pharmacists, be responsible for qualification access management of licensed pharmacists, formulate the qualification access system for licensed pharmacists, and guide and supervise the registration of licensed pharmacists.
