This product uses fluorescent PCR-capillary electrophoresis to qualitatively detect eight microsatellite loci in the genome of colorectal cancer tumor tissues, providing precise determination of the status of cancer tissue samples. It is mainly used to assist in the detection of Lynch syndrome in colorectal cancer patients, aiding in the prevention and treatment of rectal cancer and improving patient survival rates.

The NMPA will strengthen the post-marketing surveillance of the product to ensure the safe use of this medical device.
