According to the Provisions for Drug Registration (Decree No.27 of SAMR), Notice on Re-issuing Administrative Charging Items of Food and Drug Administration under the Central Management and Notice on Printing and Issuing the Administrative Measures for Charging Standards for Drug and Medical Device Registration, NMPA has formulated the Charging Standards for Drug Registration and Rules for Implementing Drug Registration Charges, which shall take effect as from July 1, 2020.
