On January 16, 2020, the National Medical Products Administration, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration for Market Regulation issued the Announcement on Implementing the Measures for the Administration of Imported Medicinal Materials and related matters to clarify issues pertaining to the application and approval of initial import, record filing and port inspection of imported medicinal materials.
