On August 19, 2019, NMPA issued theAdministrative Measures for Drug Quality Sampling Inspection (hereinafter referred to as the Measures), effective as of the date of promulgation. The SFDA Notice on the Issuance of Regulations for Drug Quality Sampling Inspection (SFDA Department of Market Supervision [2006] No. 379) shall be repealed simultaneously.
