Main responsibilities

(1) Carry out international and domestic exchange in pharmaceutical science and technology, edit and publish pharmaceutical academic journals and books, and develop friendly exchange and cooperation with pharmaceutical organizations and pharmaceutical professionals from different countries (regions).

(2) Recommend pharmaceutical talents, and commend and reward members and pharmaceutical professionals who have made outstanding achievements in scientific and technological activities.

(3) Organize and carry out continuing education and training for members and pharmaceutical professionals.

(4) Carry out the popularization and promotion of scientific and technological knowledge in pharmaceutical science and related disciplines.

(5) Reflect the opinions and appeals of members and pharmaceutical professionals, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members and pharmaceutical professionals. Establish and improve the supervision mechanism for scientific integrity in pharmaceutical research.

(6) Organize members and pharmaceutical professionals to participate in relevant scientific justification and scientific, technological and economic consultation in the country. Organize the development of group standards and other related work. Carry out intermediary services for medical scientific research achievements. Organize exhibitions, recommendation and publicity activities of medical products.

(7) Undertake matters related to pharmaceutical development and drug regulation as entrusted by the government. Provide relevant service for members and pharmaceutical professionals.

(8) Undertake other tasks entrusted by NMPA.
